Quality inspection standard (AQL)

Minor defects
· Minor defects will not damage the normal use of the product or deviate from the standards.

Inspecr (ISR) quality standards of acceptance minor defects default value is 4.0. (Specific be customer specified rating)
How to determine the number of samples and the acceptance number?
Assume for a total of 1000 batch product inspection, according to the quality standards of acceptance G- II, The following table shows the number of samples should be 80.
